To be fair, it worked fine on my laptop, so I don’t think the whole thing is bad. But on my Android tablet, I just couldn’t get it to connect properly no matter what I tried. Kind of frustrating since I was hoping to use it on both devices.

"Logging in shouldn’t be this hard"
I expected to be able to quickly sign in and check my account, but it turned into a whole hassle. I tried logging in multiple times and it either kept looping or said my info was wrong. Even the password reset email took way longer than it should have. For something as basic as accessing an account, this was frustrating.
"Way easier than I expected"
I activated the pass quickly, and it worked just fine on my flight. Compared to other travel add-ons I’ve dealt with, this was a lot smoother and didn’t give me any hassle.

"Reliable enough, even if I’m still torn"
I’ve used Gogoair on a few flights now, and it’s been steady most of the time. The speed definitely isn’t anything amazing, but it stayed connected well enough for checking emails and doing some light browsing. I usually have my go-to services and kind of hate switching from what I know, but for in-flight Wi-Fi, this did the job better than I expected

"Support was fine, just a little slow 😅"
I had to reach out to Gogo support and they did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I was hoping. The response ended up helping, so no major complaints there, just wasn’t exactly quick. Overall, it was okay, not bad, not amazing, just a average support experience for me 🙂

"Canceling was honestly easier than I expected"
I had to cancel my subscription and, it was way easier than I thought it would be. No weird back and forth, no hassle, no hassle at all really. I just went through the steps and got it done quickly. Smooth experience overall, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

I really wanted this app to be easy to use, I keep having trouble logging in and some pages just freeze on me. It feels clunky overall and makes simple things take way longer than they should.

I didn’t expect much after I paid for the Wi-Fi, and for a minute I was kind of wondering if I’d wasted my money. But once it connected, the speed was actually better than I thought it would be. Videos weren’t great, but for checking emails and browsing a few sites, it worked fine most of the flight...

"Honestly worked great on my flight"
I used gogoair on a couple of flights and I’m convinced it worked way better than I expected. Logging in was super easy, the connection stayed solid the whole time, and emails and basic browsing loaded without any real hassle. I had one small question and support got back to me fast enough. Overall, I’m definitely happy with it and would absolutely use it again

"Good value for what I paid"
I felt like the price was fair based on my experience. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option out there, but I didn’t feel overcharged either. Everything was straightforward, and there weren’t any unexpected costs or weird surprises. If the price stays around the same, I’d definitely consider using it again

I used Gogoair on a recent flight, and the charge was exactly what I selected, no surprise fees or weird add-ons afterward, which I definitely appreciated. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the receipt took a little while to show up, not a huge deal, just a bit annoying.

From what I remember, the Wi-Fi would work for a bit and then drop again every few minutes. It made it frustrating to use during the flight, especially when I was trying to stay connected

I started noticing the same pattern every time I used it: everything seemed fine at first, then the data limit was gone way faster than expected. I’m not even doing anything unusual, so the cap just feels way too low for normal use

"Surprisingly nice for streaming mid-flight"
I used gogoair on a flight last week and decided to try watching Netflix for a little while. i was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked. It took about a minute to get going, but once the show started, it played smoothly without many interruptions.
The picture quality wasn’t crystal clear the whole time, and it did dip here and there, but on my tablet it was totally fine. I also watched a few YouTube clips, and those only paused a couple of times, which felt good considering I was literally in the air.
It’s not perfect, and I do wish the price was a bit lower, but it made the flight feel much shorter and more enjoyable. For a long trip, I was happy to have it. I’d give it 4 stars

"Refund was super easy"
I ended up having to cancel my booking and was a bit nervous about how the refund would go, but gogoair.com made it really simple. They got back to me quickly, and the money was back in my account within a few days. No back-and-forth or chasing anyone, which was such a relief. really happy with how smoothly they handled it!

My Wi-Fi was acting up and, i wasn’t even sure if I was explaining the problem right or if I’d missed something obvious. It took a little while, but support stuck with it and eventually got my connection working again.
